[BioC] iFlow and current Bioconductor release

I recently tried to install the iFlow flow cytometry GUI on top of my R/Bioconductor installation, and received a warning message that the package was not available (R console output copied below). The e-mail address of the maintainer appears to be defunct.

Furthermore, a binary is available on the webpage for Bioconductor 2.6, but there is no page in the listing of packages for the release version of Bioconductor (2.7) or the development version (2.8).

Has this package been quietly completely discontinued? Or is there some other way to obtain it?
