[BioC] cdf environment fo microRNA dataset

  Hi Bai,

That doesn't look like a commercial chip. We supply cdf packages for 
chips that Affy makes available on their website, but are unable to do 
so for chips that are not downloadable. We do make the makecdfenv 
package available, with an explicit vignette to show people how to make 
a cdf package. I would recommend reading the vignette and follow those 
instructions.
