[BioC] How to Plot Top 100 Differential Gene Expression Values

hello friends
i am working on some data. i have done differential expression. igot a
list of arround 1200 genes. but when i plot those as heatmap genes
names inthe plot is not clear due to the large number. so how could i
see them and suppose i want to plot just top 100 genes how could i do
that?
