[BioC] design matrix limma

Hi, Reema.

There is typically one design matrix for all samples.  I'd suggest you
take a look at the limma user guide.  Also, be sure to read the help
for model.matrix.  If you have problems, please provide the code you
are trying, any errors, and the output of sessionInfo() when you write
back.
