[BioC] error in DEXSeq fitDispersionFunction()

Dear Georg,

Sorry for the delay of my answer.
But yes, you have to generate the new ExonCountSet with the new version, 
or alternatively just do:

featureNames(ecs) <- paste(geneIDs, exonIDs, sep = ":")
rownames(counts(ecs)) <- featureNames(ecs)
