[BioC] Regarding an issue with easyRNASeq - from Surjyendu Ray.

Dear Surjyendu Ray,

It seems to be an issue with the edgeR API. I would need more information from you, can you please run in your R session:

library(easyRNASeq)
sessionInfo()

and send me the results?
