[BioC] pamr

Hi;

I am having a problem with using pamr. When I enter the biocLtie("pamr")
command, I receive the message " BioC_mirror: http://bioconductor.org
Using Bioconductor version 2.11 (BiocInstaller 1.8.3), R version 2.15.
Installing package(s) 'pamr'
Aviso: package ‘pamr’ is in use and will not be installed
Mensajes de aviso perdidos
installed directory not writable, cannot update packages 'Matrix', 'nlme',
'rpart', 'survival'
What is the problem?
