[BioC] problem with preprocessCore

likely this is a problem with your R installation; somewhere between 
when R was installed and now, lapack has been moved / re-installed. The 
'easiest' solution is probably to re-install R, taking the opportunity 
to update to 2-14. See for instance http://cran.r-project.org/bin/linux/
