[BioC] College bioinformatics project suggestions?

Hi Caitlin,

Not sure if this fits within the curriculum, but you could get some data 
from the Short Read Archive, preferably some RNA-seq data for cancer of 
some sort and analyze for differentially expressed transcripts.
