[BioC] Summarizing Single-channel Agilent data

Dear David,

What you do mean by "summarizing".  Are you perhaps looking for avereps()?

BTW, the read can be done slightly more succintly by

   RG <- read.maimages(targets,source="agilent.median",green.only=TRUE)
