[BioC] how to get pig genome and for miRNA target scan

i have some miRNA sequences like this:
AAAUCUCUGCAGGCAAAUGUGA
AACAUUCAACCUGUCGGUGAGU
AACAUUCAACCUGUCGGUGAGUU
AACAUUCAACCUGUCGGUGAGUUU
AACCACACAACCUACUACCUCA

first, i want to download pig genome(it should include 3'UTR)
second, i want to use some R packge to do miRNA target scan

who have some pipeline or coding
please help me
