[BioC] how to map Affymetrix ID to ensemble gene ID

Hello,

I guess you would use the
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/porcine.db.html
package, you can read more about the functions in the vignette
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/manuals/porcine.db/man/porcine.db.pdf

If that doesn't suit your needs, you'll have to manually parse the
annotation file available from Affymetrix, though that requires a
login.
