[BioC] useDevel() not working

Greetings

I have installed R 2.15 with the intent of installing the devel  
version of BioC. Following the instructions on http://bioconductor.org/developers/useDevel/ 
, I get

 > library(BiocInstaller)
 > useDevel()
Error: could not find function "useDevel"

What version of BiocInstaller is required?
