[BioC] annotation package building

Hi Ingrid,

Have you seen this function?

library(AnnotationForge)
?makeOrgPackageFromNCBI

It's in the AnnotationForge package.  You can use it to try and generate 
a simple organism package for your species of interest (depending on 
data availability of course).
