[BioC] simpleaffy() not recognizing cdf file

The simpleaffy package isn't designed for the current generation of Affy 
chips. It assumes that the chip has MM probes, which isn't true for the 
random primer type chips.

There are only two packages designed for these chips - oligo and xps. 
Both have vignettes that provide helpful hints.
