[BioC] GenomeStudio output and lumi

Hello,

I have some data from collaborators that used GenomeStudio to export 
their expression data, however lumi seems to import this data as 
ExpressionSet and cannot run QC. Do you know if there is another type of 
output format from GenomeStudio that would work better with lumi?
