[BioC] useDevel() not working

At the present time, the way to run the devel version of Bioconductor
(BioC 2.12) is to install the devel version of R, or R-3.0.

If you are on Linux, get it here:
ftp://ftp.stat.math.ethz.ch/Software/R/R-devel.tar.gz

On Mac:
http://r.research.att.com/R-devel-leopard.pkg

On Windows:
http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/R-devel-win.exe

Once you have installed R-devel, you can install Bioconductor packages
in the usual way, that is:

source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
biocLite("IRanges") # substitute the name of the package you want to load


You will not need to run the useDevel() function.
