[BioC] Finding a amino acid regular expression pattern in a beta sheet?

This has got me stumpt. 
Finding a regular amino acid expression is easy enough, I have 3700 candidate ensembl genes. 
But how to find out if the pattern matches is a known or predicted beta sheet secondary structure, is a little worse. 
Does anyone know of any precompiled databases of secondary struncture?
