[BioC] Removal of duplicate probes

I highly doubt there is an existing tool, but given your description I 
have no idea. What exactly do you mean by duplicate probes? Are we 
talking about Affy chips here? What kind of chip? When you say probe, do 
you mean probe (e.g., a single 25-mer) or probeset (a set of such probes)?
