[BioC] PAIR files -- feature set table

You will need to merge the PAIR and the NDF using the PROBE_ID column
as key. This will allow you to get the X/Y coordinates needed to
create the XYS as described on the other messages.

Regarding annotation, you may need to contact NimbleGen to request
this information directly from them...
