[BioC] Accessing old versions of bioc packages

Hi,

Can one access builds of old versions of bioc packages?

For example, is it possible to get and install all versions of e.g. 
'Rsamtools' that have at any point in time been part of a release?  I 
know that previous release branches are still accessible, but they only 
seem to freeze the branch at the end of the cycle.  One could still take 
the code from the SVN and build it manually, but are the binaries also kept?
