[BioC] minfi: Problem with GenomicMethylSet

Hi everybody.

Just providing another bit of information on the previous question. I 
have noticed that the constructor for ShallowSimpleListAssays in the 
GenomicRanges package has changed to a new two-step, faster, method. I 
think that might be the reason behind the GenomicMethylSet misbehaviour 
I found. I have noticed the minfi package maintainer.

Is this correct? Or maybe there is another reason I have not been able 
to spot?
