[BioC] Finding Candidate Binding Sites for multiple Known Transcription Factors simultaneously

Hello sir

I want to search binding sites for multiple TFs simultaneously from a set of sequences.Can matchPWM() work for it.If yes then how?If no then kindly suggest me any other way to do this.
