[BioC] BSgenomes pig

Hi Csaba,

You didn't say which assembly/files you want this BSgenome package
to be based on. I just made one for susScr3 (latest assembly for
pig available at UCSC), hope that's OK:

   http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?clade=mammal&org=Pig

I also made one for the masked genome. The 2 packages are:

   BSgenome.Sscrofa.UCSC.susScr3
   BSgenome.Sscrofa.UCSC.susScr3.masked

They'll become available via biocLite() for BioC devel users only
in a couple of hours. Only the source packages will be available for
now (but you should be able to install them on Windows or Mac with
biocLite("<pkgname>", type="source")).
