Hello all,

I am not able to load the library GWASTools in R 3.1 (or 3.04) in a
Windows 8 operating system (64 bits). I get the following error:

> library(GWASTools)
Loading required package: gdsfmt
Error: package ‘gdsfmt’ was built before R 3.0.0: please re-install
it
>

When I look for the latest version of the package in the CRAN website I
get the following error

Package ‘gdsfmt’ was removed from the CRAN repository.

Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive.

Archived on 2014-05-31 as the maintainer was unable to provide
cross-platform code.

The latest version of the package in the archive is ‘gdsfmt' is
1.0.4, which is the one I installed.

I get a similar error when I try to install the package form
bioconductor.org.
