<DIV>we have been using affymerix chips and software for a while.recently we wanted to look at expression profiles without a pm/mm comparision.so we decided to analyze our data using RMA.the kind of experiments we do requires comparisions of probe arrays for test of significance s0 that we come up with a list of genes showing significant changes in one particular array with respect to another.my question :is there any way to do it using R?WHAT KIND OF STATISTICAL TESTS NEED TO BE DONE ON THIS KIND OF DATA TO TEST SIGNIFICANCE?i would greatly appreciate if anyone came up with an answer to my question.</DIV>
