<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN lang=EN-GB><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>I’ve analysed the object eset with the package LIMMA of Bioconductor. I want to know what genes are characteristic of the diabetes, the treatment and the diabetes+treatment (something similar to a two-ways ANOVA).</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
