package multiv upgrade

Thanks to Peter Dalgaard, Kurt Hornik and Achim Zeileis there is now a
new version (1.1-2) of package multiv on CRAN which passes R CMD
check. All examples have been modified to use data sets available in R
and a bug in a call to Fortran has been fixed. The remaining changes
are mostly cosmetics.
