mgcv 0.7.0

There is a new version of mgcv (0.7.0) on CRAN. In addition to the
multidimensional smooths introduced from version 0.6, this version has
considerably strengthened underlying multiple smoothing parameter
selection code, providing improved reliability when using GAMs. There is
also a summary method for gam objects. A list of changes is linked to:
