Spatial statistics - new version of spdep

Spatial statistics: A new version of the spdep package (0.1-4) is now
available from CRAN. This package contains all of the functions in the
former packages spweights, sptests, and spsarlm. They are no longer being
maintained and have been deprecated. Users are asked to REMOVE the old
component packages and replace them with the single spdep package, so
that update.packages() will do its magic in the future.

This release contains minor changes to existing functions, as well as the
Cressie/Read North Carolina SIDS data set, and the Harrison/Rubinfeld
Boston housing data set as corrected by Gilley and Pace (with census tract
point positions).
