R-alpha: Re^3: data file names

I will make the changes needed for .R extensions to the library files
(and the code change given by Martin for 0.60; Ross will roll it out as
soon as we stop making last minute changes).

Currently I use .rmg as an extension for R images. I wasn't planning on
using anything else (but rdf for binary dumps is probably good). I don't
know if we really want to use extensions for tables. I was simply going to
make this a standard file dialog (under windows) followed by a pop-up
that would let you select the defaults for read.table.
