probability and random numbers -- I'm looking at Brown's dcdflib

I'm looking at Brown's dcdflib
	(announced on S-news a few days ago)
in order to get code for  noncentral t and F   into R;
also the noncentral chisq is still not complete.

If anyone is particularly knowledgable in this field
or interested in testing, please let me know.
	(this is NOT a high priority project,
	 but I write to you in order to  coordinate work).
