I get a seg fault on calls to some, but not all, compiled routines.  For
example, it happens with both the right-censored and counting process
fitting routines in survival4 and with the Cgee code, but not with ace,
avas, as.date  or the Kaplan-Meier fits in survival4.  I'm trying to find
out why.
