R-beta: Not loading C library

Argh. Right. The .Dyn.libs problem is still in 0.61.2. Like Martin, I
could have *sworn* that it was fixed...

A workaround is simply to remove .Dyn.libs in the startup code. It
should suffice to change the system Rprofile by having something like
this in it:

.First <- function() {
  .Dyn.libs<<-NULL; rm(.Dyn.libs,pos=1)
  if (interactive() && getenv("DISPLAY") != "") x11()
}
