Concerning tseries. I will update tseries as soon as the official ts in R-0.65 is
released, i.e., remove the already implemented functions and so on. I already have
some new functions such as White's and Terasvirta's test for neglected
non-linearity and a few other useful routines will be implemented such as
Johanson's VAR methodology, i.e. we can remove the old tseries and I will post the
new version as soon I have finished my work.
