pch==NA (PR#366)

Try this:

plot(1:3,pch=c(1,2,NA))

The 3rd point is plotted as if pch were 1. This seems completely wrong
to me. Similar issue with cex= (you get the minimum size plotting dot
for the NA case there). With col= the point disappears, as I tend it
should in the other cases as well.
