estonly confuses examples (PR#370)

Most examples with \testonly in are partially or completely repeated:

?cat

Examples:

     ## print an informative message
     cat("iteration = ", iter <- iter + 1, "\n")

     ## print an informative message
     cat("iteration = ", iter <- iter + 1, "\n")

The drop_full_command processing in Rdconvlib.pl seems flawed.
