Using zip format for help pages, examples, etc.

Because R objects are stored in memory, and using 1Mb+ of RAM to
store help files is a bit of a waste.

This is an *operating system* issue, and it's only a problem for
OSs with crap file systems. It shouldn't require major changes to R.
