(5.50 is much better than 5.10, and 6.0 is imminent: 5.94 is in test)

I am going to put the postscript patches I need in for 0.65.1 today: I can
then put a cleaned up version in the distribution.

Basically, the pending changes make onefile actually do something, and a
`special' paper size allows arbitrary paper sizes (and no special borders).
