Conversion to Sd has never been very good.  As you see, it has been
inadvertently removed together with nroff support.  I have put it back
for 1.1, but do not expect it to be 100% correct and we do not plan to
continue to support nroff-based methods.


[BTW, your example lacks any keywords.]
