Dear R developers,

sorry about the empty bug-report that I seem to have filed earlier.
(I wrote it via `bug.report()' from within R using `emacsclient'.  I
wasn't aware that I have to save the file after pressing C-x # and
before sending it.) Hopefully this time it will work......

I noticed the following problem with the on-line help system:

1) I start an R session and type help.start().
2) In the web page that appears in my browser (Netscape 4.5) I select
   `Search Engine & Keywords'
3) For some keywords (e.g., htest [Statistics] and optimize
   [Mathematics]) in the Keywords by Section list, I get as result
that "no matches for XXXX have been found" if I select them. But if I
enter those keywords into the text field that appears at the top of
the page and press return, the commands that are grouped under that
keyword are found.

Also, while playing around with these keywords and trying to figure
out what is going on (but, unfortunately, I don't know Javascript well
enough) I noticed that the new function `optim' has as keywords only
`nonlinear' but not `optimize'. And again, if I select the keyword
`nonlinear' [Statistcs > Models > Regression > Nonlinear], optim does
not appear on the page of results. But if I enter `nonlinear' into
the search text field, it appears on the page of results.
