[Rd] rug() extends axes instead of clipping (PR#442)

Dear R developers,

I noticed that rug() may extend the line of the horizontal axis beyond
the left and right vertical axes.  The following snippet illustrates
the problem:

set.seed(2241)
dat <- rnorm(10) 
plot(c(-2,2),c(0,0.5),type="n", xlab="", ylab="")
rug(dat)

The problem seems to be that:
> range(dat)
[1] -2.739635  1.037512
