[Rd] StatDataML & Gnumeric

I just uploaded version 0.2-5 of the StatDataML package and a corrected
version of the proposal to http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~leisch/R

Also available now is StatDataMLGnumeric, which implements writing of
"dataframe.dtd" conform StatDataML files from Gnumeric.
