You mean bugs.r-project.org (machines in the r-project.org domain are
spread over four different countries or more...).

It's up and running but it seems that communications are being blocked
somewhere along the way. Several nearby webservers are unreachable
too. Looks like a selective block on the HTTP port -- I wouldn't be
surprised if it turns out to be related to the Code Red worm...
