[Rd] Error when library() called with no arguments (PR#1215)

That's not very informative.  Could you at least run traceback(),
and/or run debug() and chase it down?

It works on all my systems: might you perchance have a broken package
installed?  The likelihod is that it a local-to-you problem.

We can't fix non-repoducible problems!
