[Rd] "} {" problem in Rd files (PR#856)

Also \deqn, \eqn.  However, they do work when used as documented
in R-exts, so I am not sure this is a bug.  Adding new lines and spaces
is a problem in other places in Rd too: not a fatal one but gets
unwanted spaces in the output.
