Yes. Your pdftex installation is corrupt.  Is the error message

> Base font name mismatch: `CMBSY7' (in font file) and  `cmbsy7' (in map
file)!

not clear enough?  Get a correct pdftex installation, with a correct
psfonts.map file!

Looks like there might be more wrong than that.
