Hmm... nlme stopped working for me somewhere in the 1.2.2-patched
series. I'm not altogether sure why, but I might have recompiled R to
use ATLAS somewhere along the road. Not that there's any reason to try
and figure out exactly what happened, but it reminded me that things
like compiler and library setup might also be changed between
versions.
