[Rd] Possible bug, Rprof() and scan(pipe()) (PR#1140)

This does not happen on Solaris or Linux, so must be related to the use of
signals on darwin.

It probably means Rprof should be avoided on that platform, but the
porter (Jan de Leeuw) needs to investigate.
