[Rd] Filled Contour.

Hi.

I'm a big user of level plots. Because filled.contour() didn't do exactly
what I wanted, I hacked at it a bit to add these options:

(*) Even spacing in the key, even if the contours are not evenly spaced.

(*) Horizontal key

(*) options to not use layout() and to plot only the level plot _or_
only the key. This means you can use layout yourself to (e.g.)
have several level plots which share a key.

(*) overlay some or all of the level boundaries with contour lines.

Now, I find this useful. If I am the only one, I'll go away and shut up
but if anyone else thinks these are generally useful enhancements then
I could clean up filled.contour.{R,Rd} and find out how to submit them.

The current docs say "In future [filled.contour()] is likely to be
replaced by a genuine \code{levelplot} function which will work in
multipanel displays." If this is going to happen in the foreseeable
future, then it will certainly be a better solution than mine. Could
anyone fill me in on what is happening on this front?

many thanks,

Hugh
